To use your personal height increase chart simply measure your standing height accurately with a height measuring device such as Stadiometer or Body meter Measuring Tape. Enter your pre-course height in the chart given below before kick starting the program. Subsequently, measure it each fortnight for 3 continuous months and enter it in the chart thereby setting milestones for keeping an eye on your growth and development throughout the entire course period. Apart from this, your goal to grow taller would be a day dream without a dead line. Therefore, you should also set a finishing date to accomplish your goal.
